Tartan Rose Bakery (formerly Love in the Oven Bakery) is a fully licensed bakery operating out of Fargo, ND since 2010. I provide top notch baked goods, made from scratch and no mysterious ingredients. Just the essential ingredients for bringing great flavor, texture, and happiness to any and all large occasions!

I specialize in weddings, corporate parties and gifting, as well as anything where a little sweetness brightens up the occasion!

Who's in the Kitchen

After working as a cake decorator and bakery employee for 30+ years, Marianne assumed ownership of Tartan Rose Bakery in October of 2022. She changed the name of the bakery in 2024 to Tartan Rose Bakery to honor her English-Scottish heritage and beloved father. She is passionate about making high-quality, locally-sourced (whenever possible), fresh, and delicious treats that are tailor-made for you!

All of the packaging is biodegradable to minimize humanity’s negative impact on our precious and irreplaceable environment. I also try to engage the Fargo-Moorhead community by prioritizing local or regional ingredients, supporting other businesses, and giving back through donations.
